Notice is hereby given by the Braintree Development Review Board (DRB) that the public hearing for the below application will be reopened on Friday, August 9, 2019, at 7:00 PM at the Braintree Town Office, 932 VT Route 12A, Braintree, Vermont. The purpose of the hearing is to review and take comments on the following:

 

Application by Eugen and Helene Woodward for a 4-lot subdivision of parcel #03-037.002 located on Royal Lane, which is off from Duclos Road.

 

Copies of this application are available for review at the Braintree Town Office. Participation in this local proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to make any subsequent appeal.
